Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Architect with proven experience in design development and project execution. The ideal Candidate will lead multiple projects, manage client relations, and guide team to ensure excellence in every stage - from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptualization to completion , ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop and present innovative design solutions that integrate functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic value.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Conduct site visits to review progress and ensure accurate implementation of design details.
- Prepare and review presentations, working drawings,



and client submissions with attention to quality and detail.
- Perform feasibility studies and ensure compliance with building codes, local regulations, and sustainable practices.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and materials to continually enhance design quality.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 4-5 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio of executed projects.
- Proven ability to lead projects & teams on large or complex developments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite .
- Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and sustainable design principles .
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Professional registration with COA or equivalent preferred.
