Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and database scripts.
- Design and maintain database tables, relationships, indexes, and other database objects.
- Develop efficient and optimized SQL queries for application and reporting requirements.
- Analyze and improve query and database performance.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and migration activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related application and production issues.
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies and integrity issues.
- Support application development teams with database-related requirements.
- Perform database changes, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Support database backup, recovery, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor database performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, business users, and project teams.
- Prepare technical documentation for database objects, changes, and processes.
- Provide production support and resolve SQL/database-related incidents within agreed timelines.
- Follow database security, coding, development, and deployment standards.
