This internship is designed to give hands-on exposure to the entire ecosystem of sports management — including operations, sales, business development, event execution, academies, and venue management.

What You Will Work On

As a Sports Management Intern, you will be actively involved in:

- Event Operations & Management

Execution of major sports events, including an international football tournament.

Planning and handling local grassroots tournaments across multiple sports.

Coordination with teams, referees, vendors, and on-ground staff for seamless delivery.

- Business & Sales Support

Assisting in lead generation, sales outreach, and client communication.

Supporting business development strategies, partnerships, and collaborations.

- Academy & Venue Management

Daily coordination with coaches, venue managers,



and caretakers.

Ensuring smooth functioning of sports academies, turf operations, and pay-n-play venues.

Maintaining operational standards and customer experience.

- Research & Documentation

Working on business models, market insights, and operational reports.

Understanding the structure of the Indian sports ecosystem.
