Key Responsibilities

- Zoho Books Management: Maintain, manage, and audit all financial accounting transactions within Zoho Books, ensuring accurate ledger entries and general bookkeeping.

- Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate and dispatch client invoices, track receivables, send payment reminders, and follow up on outstanding dues to ensure timely cash flow.

- Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, verify bill details, reconcile supplier statements, and schedule timely payments.

- Bank &
- Cash Reconciliation:

Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and cash account reconciliations in Zoho Books.

- Statutory &

- Tax Compliance:

Handle GST computation, filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS calculation and deduction, and ensure adherence to local tax laws and regulations.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial summaries (P&L; statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow statements) and aging reports for management review.

- Payroll &

- Expenses:

Assist in processing monthly payroll,



employee expense reimbursements, and petty cash management.

- Audit &

- Documentation:

Coordinate with internal/external auditors during annual financial audits, providing all required accounting documents and Zoho Books audit trails.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field (M.Com/MBA Finance is a plus).

- Experience: 4+ years of skilled accounting and finance experience.

- Mandatory Skill: Deep hands-on experience in Zoho Books (including module configuration, custom reports, inventory tracking, and integrations).

- Taxation &
- Compliance:

In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory tax regulations.

- Financial Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and MS Office suite.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
