Role & responsibilities :

- Design and develop automotive/EV PCBs, including multilayer, high-speed, mixed-signal and power electronics boards.

- Handle PCB layout, component placement, routing, stack-up and design release.

- Ensure designs meet SI/PI, EMI/EMC, thermal, DFM/DFA and manufacturability requirements.

- Prepare Gerber, ODB++, drill, fabrication and assembly outputs and perform DRC/3D checks.

- Create and maintain PCB libraries, symbols, footprints and 3D models.

- Collaborate with circuit, mechanical, EMC, manufacturing and suppliers for design finalization.

- Support PCB failure analysis, testing, field feedback and design improvements.

- Work on automotive/EV electronics such as BMS, OBC, inverter, MCU and DC-DC converters.

- Follow IPC standards, automotive PCB design practices and configuration/change control.

- Drive continuous improvement in PCB quality, design process and turnaround time.
