Special Educator – Full Time

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Special Educator to join our team in Karjat, Maharashtra.

Job Location: Karjat, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Relocation: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Karjat.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individualised educational support to children with special educational needs.
- Assess children's learning needs and create appropriate learning plans.
- Plan and conduct engaging activities based on each child's abilities and requirements.
- Monitor and document the child's progress regularly.
- Work closely with parents, teachers and other professionals.
- Help children develop academic, social, communication and life skills.
- Maintain proper records and reports of the child's development.
- Create a safe, supportive and positive learning environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.




- Relevant certification in Special Education such as RCI-recognised qualification preferred.
- Previous experience working with children with special needs preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring and responsible approach towards children.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Karjat is mandatory.
