- Manage reception, appointments, billing, and daily spa operations.
- Explain services and memberships to guests and achieve sales targets.
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Manage staff attendance, shifts, grooming, and duty allocation.
- Maintain hygiene, service quality, and company standards.
- Monitor stock, expenses, and cash handling.
- Submit daily sales, attendance, and closing reports to Head Office.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
