Role Description The Spa Therapist role at BodyCare24x7 is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South.

The Spa

Therapist will perform a variety of qualified spa treatments, including facials, body therapies, massages, and specialized rituals aligned with Ayurvedic and holistic practices, following established protocols and hygiene standards. Daily responsibilities include consulting with guests to understand their wellness needs, recommending appropriate treatments, and ensuring a calm, safe, and comfortable spa experience. The role involves maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, preparing products, supporting retail recommendations,



and collaborating with the spa team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

The Spa

Therapist is expected to uphold professional conduct, adhere to health and safety guidelines, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience in spa treatments and body therapies, including Spa Treatments and Pedicures.
- Technical knowledge in Cosmetology and proficiency in performing Facials and basic skin care services.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build trust with guests.
- Relevant certification or diploma in spa therapy, massage therapy, cosmetology, or a related wellness field.
- Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards within spa and wellness environments.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required by spa operations.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform treatments safely and effectively over extended periods.
- Prior experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
