We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Merchandiser with strong expertise in Home Textiles to drive vendor development, sourcing and product execution across Bedding, Bath, Floor Coverings & Hard Goods.

Location: Noida Greater Noida Expressway, UP

Experience: 8+ Years

Qualification: Textile / Engineering Degree or equivalent

CTC: 12LPA/Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, onboard and manage current & existing vendors across Home Textile categories.
- Identify new vendors, mills and manufacturing partners capable of developing new products in India.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms and commercial conditions. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely communication, costing and feedback.

- Handle counter-sourcing & counter-costing for challenging products and vendor issues.
- Understand buyer requirements and connect them with the right suppliers. Maintain accurate sourcing charts, folders and product information.





- Proactively identify sourcing challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, vendors and US-based teams.
- Travel domestically and internationally, as required.

What We’re Looking For 8+ years of relevant experience in Sourcing / Merchandising – Home Textiles

Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes & quality standards

Excellent vendor development, negotiation & communication skills

Strong follow-up, analytical and problem-solving abilities

Good understanding of costing and sourcing

Proactive, result-oriented and a strong team player

Willingness to travel as required

Note: Home Textiles experience is a must. Experience in Hardgoods will be an added advantage.
