We are hiring a Sourcing Manager in Sales to drive Channel Partner (CP) sourcing, relationship management, and customer walk-in generation for residential projects in Thane Ghodbunder Road.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and develop new Channel Partners.
- Build strong relationships with existing and current CPs.
- Conduct project presentations, CP meetings, and training.
- Communicate project USPs, pricing, inventory, offers, and commercial terms.
- Generate quality customer walk-ins through the CP network.
- Follow up with CPs and drive sourcing targets.
- Coordinate with the Closing Team for smooth walk-in handover.
- Maintain CP and activity updates in Salesforce/SFDC CRM.
- Achieve monthly sourcing and walk-in targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation in any field.
- 2+ year of experience in Real Estate Sales/Channel Partner Sourcing.
- Strong communication, networking, convincing, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
- Residential real estate experience will be preferred.
