Role Overview:-

A hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, building, and integrating scalable, secure, and high-performance web, mobile, and enterprise applications while guiding a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Architecture & Leadership: Design scalable web/mobile architectures and lead, mentor, and establish coding/security standards for a development team.
- Core Development: Provide hands-on guidance across PHP/Laravel, React/Next.js, and TypeScript.
- System Integrations: Oversee integrations with SAP, ERP, CRM, POS, eCommerce, payment gateways, and banking APIs using REST APIs, OData, Webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 / JWT.
- Database & Cloud/DevOps: Direct database architecture (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and establish cloud/DevOps practices using AWS/Azure, Docker, and CI/CD.




- Security & Quality: Enforce OWASP security standards, conduct code/architecture reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and reduce vendor dependency.

Requirements & Experience:-

- Total Experience: 710 years in software development/application engineering.
- Leadership Experience: 3+ years in a Tech Lead or Solution Architect role leading developers.
- Must-Have Skills: 3+ years in PHP/Laravel, solid experience in React/Next.js and TypeScript, and proven API/ERP integration experience.
- Preferred Domains: Retail, eCommerce, Payments, SAP/ERP, CRM, POS, or Logistics.
