Key Responsibilities

- Lead and deliver Supply Chain Planning consulting engagements across different industries, sectors, and geographies.

- Drive solutions across areas such as:

- Demand Planning

- Supply Planning

- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)

- Distribution Planning

- MRP

- Inventory Planning

- Replenishment Planning

- Network Optimization

- Build and execute strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

- Lead teams working across multiple and geographically distributed projects.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet or exceed customer expectations.

- Assist clients with the selection, implementation, and adoption of supply chain solutions.

- Provide functional and business process expertise throughout consulting engagements.

- Manage cross-functional programs involving multiple client stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and global resources.

- Guide clients on industry best practices and supply chain process benchmarks.

- Provide leadership and guidance to consultants and ensure strong delivery discipline and accountability.

- Bring structure to ambiguous and complex business environments and lead teams toward successful outcomes.





- Contribute to account strategy and planning by leveraging consulting and supply chain capabilities.

- Participate in pre-sales activities, solution development, and creation of new supply chain offerings.

- Develop reusable solution assets to accelerate delivery and improve consulting efficiency.

- Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of overall professional experience.

- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.

- Strong o9 implementation experience.

- Hands-on experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or both.

- Strong understanding of:

- Demand Planning

- Supply Planning

- S&OP;

- Inventory Optimization

- Experience in supply chain technology consulting and solution implementation.

- Ability to lead supply chain planning projects and geographically distributed teams.

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a matrix management environment.

- Solid planning, organization, multitasking, and execution skills.

- Ability to manage ambiguity and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
