Job Summary
Hands-on Solution Architect responsible for architecture, analysis, documentation, and technical leadership for the Workplace Benefits Technology portfolio. The role requires strong experience in solution design, data modeling, and information architecture, along with the ability to guide implementation teams on strategic and project-level initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and drive solution architecture for business and technology initiatives.
- Provide architectural guidance and SME support to development and implementation teams.
- Create architecture documentation, design artifacts, and technical recommendations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solutions with stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
- Support strategic planning and tactical project design activities.
* 8+ years of experience in architecture and solution design.
- Strong expertise in Data Modelling and Information Architecture.
- Experience working within Banking/BFSI environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and architectural direction across projects.
