Role overview

We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect to design and deliver Microsoft solutions built on D365 ERP/CRM, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and agentic AI.

You will lead customer discovery, shape solutions and proposals, and act as lead architect during delivery, building complex components yourself where needed. You will be a trusted advisor to customers and the technical leader for project teams. Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations helps you integrate these solutions with customers' business applications.

Key responsibilities

Presales and solutioning

- Lead discovery workshops, AI use-case identification and requirement discussions with business and IT stakeholders.
- Design end-to-end solutions across Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Purview, Copilot, Azure AI and Dynamics 365.
- Work with sales on proposals, RFP/RFI responses, effort estimates and executive presentations.
- Build and run demos and proofs of concept, especially for Copilot, agents and knowledge

solutions. Power Platform, Copilot and agentic AI

- Architect business applications and automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Pages.
- Design and build agents in Copilot Studio, including knowledge sources, actions, connectors and MCP tools, with human approval where actions carry risk.




- Extend Microsoft 365 Copilot for customer scenarios and integrate Azure OpenAI or Azure AI Foundry where custom AI is needed.
- Define Power Platform governance: environment strategy, DLP policies, ALM and a Centre of Excellence approach.

Knowledge modernisation with SharePoint and Purview

- Assess customers' content estates for Copilot and AI readiness, including oversharing, permissions and content sprawl.
- Design SharePoint information architecture: hubs, sites, libraries, content types, metadata and search.
- Design and build SharePoint solutions, including SPFx components and extensions where needed.
- Implement Microsoft Purview controls: sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, records management and DSPM for AI.
- Plan content migration and clean-up from file shares and legacy SharePoint, and define content ownership and lifecycle.

Delivery leadership

- Act as lead architect or lead engineer on implementations, building complex components yourself where needed.
- Guide functional and technical teams on design, integration, security and best practice.
- Review solutions for quality, scalability, security and performance.
- Support customers through UAT, go-live and adoption.

Must-have skills and experience

- 10+ years in Microsoft technologies, including 3+ years leading solution architecture on

enterprise implementations.
- Deep hands-on experience with Power Apps,



Power Automate and Dataverse, including

workflows, approvals, notifications and process automation.
- Hands-on experience building Copilot Studio agents and applying Microsoft 365 Copilot to business scenarios.
- Strong SharePoint Online experience: information architecture, sites, lists, libraries, search and SPFx development.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Purview: sensitivity labels, DLP, retention and data

governance.
- Integration across SharePoint, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure services and APIs.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, security and responsible AI adoption in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations, enough to design integrations and advise on fit.
- A disciplined approach to design, unit testing, deployment and technical documentation.
- Clear written and spoken English, and confidence presenting to business and technical leaders.

Good to have

- Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry or Azure AI Search, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) designs.
- Experience with multi-agent patterns, Model Context Protocol (MCP) or Claude and other

non-Microsoft models alongside Microsoft AI.
- SharePoint Advanced Management and content migration tools for large estates.
- Power BI and Microsoft Fabric for reporting and data architecture.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform architecture, Copilot or AI, Purview or information protection, and Azure. Check current exam names on Microsoft Learn.
- Domain experience in manufacturing, real estate, BFSI, healthcare, retail or skilled services
