About the Role

Chemi Tech Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and versatile skilled to lead our Solar Module Mounting Structure (MMS) vertical from our Noida Head Office.

This is a cross-functional role requiring a combination of technical knowledge, design understanding, customer handling, manufacturing coordination and problem-solving ability.

The person will act as the primary technical and commercial coordinator for the MMS business and work closely with our manufacturing facility at Bandikui, Rajasthan.

We are specifically looking for an all-rounder who can take ownership of a requirement from customer enquiry and design through manufacturing and final dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

1. MMS Design & Engineering

- Understand customer requirements, layouts, BOQs and technical specifications.
- Develop/review Module Mounting Structure designs for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Review structural calculations, loading conditions, wind loads and design assumptions.
- Coordinate preparation of GA drawings, fabrication drawings and BOMs.
- Optimize structures for weight, strength, manufacturability and commercial competitiveness.
- Review material specifications including HDG, pre-galvanized, Galvalume and other steel grades/coatings.
- Coordinate STAAD/structural analysis wherever required.
- Provide technical clarifications to customers, consultants and EPC companies.

2. Sales & Pre-Sales Support

- Work directly with the sales team for technical evaluation of enquiries.
- Understand RFQs/tenders and develop suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare BOQs and assist in costing and quotations.
- Participate in technical discussions and negotiations with customers.
- Suggest value-engineered alternatives to improve competitiveness.




- Support the sales team in converting technical enquiries into orders.
- Attend customer meetings whenever required.

3. Order Execution & Coordination Own the technical execution of orders from enquiry to dispatch.

Coordinate between:

Sales → Design → Procurement → Production → Quality → Logistics → Dispatch

- Ensure correct drawings and BOMs are released to the factory.
- Track production against committed customer timelines.
- Resolve technical issues during production.
- Ensure design revisions are properly communicated and implemented.
- Coordinate urgent/customer-specific requirements with the Bandikui team.

4. Bandikui Factory Technical Support

- Act as the primary technical point of contact between Noida HO and the Bandikui manufacturing facility.
- Provide troubleshooting support for roll-forming and related production issues.
- Coordinate resolution of problems involving machines, tooling, profiles, dimensions and production quality.
- Work with machine manufacturers/service teams when required.
- Support development of new profiles and products.
- Visit the Bandikui plant periodically and whenever critical technical intervention is required.

5. Product Development & Value Engineering

- Continuously work on reducing structure weight without compromising structural integrity.
- Develop new profiles and mounting solutions based on market requirements.
- Improve designs for faster manufacturing and installation.
- Standardize commonly used profiles, drawings and BOMs.
- Evaluate new materials, coatings and manufacturing methods.

6. Quality & Technical Documentation





- Ensure manufactured products conform to approved drawings and specifications.
- Establish/review dimensional tolerances and quality parameters.
- Support root-cause analysis for customer complaints or manufacturing deviations.
- Maintain proper technical documentation, drawings, revisions, BOMs and specifications.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have:

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Solar MMS, roll forming, structural steel or related manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of solar Module Mounting Structures.
- Practical understanding of manufacturing and shop-floor challenges.
- Knowledge of roll-forming machines, dies/tooling and profile development will be a major advantage.
- Understanding of structural design and STAAD/structural analysis.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and BOMs.
- Good commercial understanding and ability to interact confidently with customers.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to the Bandikui factory and customer/project locations when required.

Most Important Requirement We are not looking for someone restricted to only design, only sales or only production.

We need a hands-on professional who understands the complete cycle:

Customer Requirement → Design → Costing → Order → Manufacturing → Troubleshooting → Quality → Dispatch The person should be comfortable switching between a customer technical meeting, reviewing a structural design, discussing costing with sales, and resolving a manufacturing or machine-related issue with the factory.

Reporting The position will be based at the Noida Head Office and will work closely with senior management while coordinating extensively with the Bandikui manufacturing team.
