Radical Education × BINARAMA Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our growing technology team.

Key Responsibilities:-

● Daily Health Checks: Perform daily manual regression testing across our Web and Mobile (Android/iOS) platforms to ensure core functionalities such as login, video playback, and test submissions are working flawlessly.

● Test Case Creation: Write, document, and maintain detailed, step-by-step test cases for both existing features and current updates.

● Bug Tracking & Reporting: Identify, document, and track bugs with clear, reproducible steps, screenshots, and screen recordings so developers can easily understand and fix them.

● New Feature Testing: Test new builds and feature releases against design mockups and expected behaviors before they go live.

● API & Network Checks: Use tools such as Postman and browser developer tools to verify that the frontend is receiving the correct data from the backend.

● Perform exploratory testing and identify edge cases that may affect the user experience, performance,



or functionality of the application.

● Test across different browsers, devices, screen sizes, and network conditions.

● Collaborate closely with developers and the product/design team to ensure issues are resolved before production releases.

Who We Are Looking For:-

● You have a sharp eye for detail and an intuitive knack for finding edge cases—you naturally ask, “What happens if I click this 10 times fast or turn off the Wi-Fi?”

● You have a basic understanding of software development, web applications, and mobile apps.

● You possess excellent written communication skills and can write a bug report that a developer can understand instantly without needing to ask follow-up questions.

● You are comfortable testing both Web and Mobile (Android/iOS) applications.

● You have a logical, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.

● Bonus Points: You have basic knowledge of JavaScript, React, React Native, or have previously worked with automation testing tools.
