Test Engineer Skill Amendment/Rescheduling Key Responsibilities:Understand business requirements and functional specifications.Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.Execute Manual, Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing.Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.Defect logging, tracking, and closure using Jira/ALM.Coordinate with Business, Development, and Client stakeholders for issue resolution.Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, estimation,



and status reporting.Validate end-to-end business workflows and system integrations.Ensure adherence to project quality processes and timelines.Mandatory Skills:2 years of Software Testing experience.Strong experience in Manual Testing.Hands-on experience in API Testing (Postman/Swagger).Experience with Defect Management tools such as Jira or ALM.Strong knowledge of SDLC & STLC.Banking / Financial Services domain experience.Experience in writing Test Cases, Test Scenarios, RTM, and Test Reports.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of Retail Lending, Loan Origination, LOS, LMS, or Digital Banking applications.SQL knowledge for backend validation.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.Automation testing exposure would be an added advantage.Key Competencies:Analytical and problem-solving skills.Robust attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Customer-focused approach.Excellent verbal and written communication.
