Software Sales Executive

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Experience: 1–5 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month

We are looking for a dynamic IT Sales Executive to drive sales of IT solutions, software products, and services. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and closing software sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through various channels and convert them into sales.
- Identify prospective clients and develop robust business relationships.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and sales discussions with prospects and clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Stay updated on market trends,



competitors, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements:

- 1–5 years of experience in IT/Software Sales.
- Experience in selling HRMS, Payroll, CRM, or other software products will be preferred.
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales closure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong target-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
