- 11-13 years of experience in large-scale database design and administration.
- Solid expertise in Oracle and/or PostgreSQL.
- Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
- Hands-on ETL development using Pentaho or Informatica.
- Experience maintaining ERDs and database documentation.
- Cloud experience, preferably AWS.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
