Overview: We are looking for a 10x founding engineer, system thinker and motivated Software Engineer(Frappe Framework) to develop, customize, implement and maintain the systems. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with the Frappe Framework, Python development, LLD and API integrations.

The developer will work with closely to understand business logic requirements, configure and customize frappe workflows to achieve the module goals, develop custom applications and ensure the platform remains secure, stable and scalable. We are building the MIS, HRMS systems on the top of Frappe framework.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain applications using the Frappe Framework customize standard ERPNext modules based on business requirements.

Build custom DocTypes, Workflows, Reports, Manage Print Formats, Scripts, Dashboards, and Modules. Create and maintain custom Frappe applications and modules.

- Develop server-side functionality using Python and client-side functionality using JavaScript.
- Work on integrations between ERPNext and our CMMS/ Production platform where required.
- Develop and customize ERPNext reports and dashboards for business and operational insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERPNext functional, technical, performance, and deployment issues.
- Manage ERPNext updates, upgrades, migrations, patches, and version compatibility.
- Support ERPNext deployment, configuration,



and production environments.
- Maintain proper documentation for customizations, integrations, specs and technical changes.
- Maintain document for Spec driven Al development.

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance after implementation.

- Collaborate with project managers, customers, and ground teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

- Solid experience in Frappe Framework and ERPNext development.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, HTML/Jinja, CSS.
- Good understanding of MariaDB/MySQL databases. Experience creating custom DocTypes, Child Tables, Workflows, Reports, and Print Formats.
- Experience with ERPNext REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations. Experience with Git/GitHub for source code version control. Knowledge of Linux servers and ERPNext deployment using Bench. Familiarity with Docker and cloud deployment will be an added advantage.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
