About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer – CRM & Automation who can bridge software engineering, CRM systems, APIs, and business automation. The candidate will be responsible for developing integrations, automating business processes, managing CRM architecture, and building data-driven solutions.

This role is suited for a technically strong engineer who enjoys working across CRM systems, APIs, automation platforms, databases, and business analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize CRM solutions using platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Bitrix24, or similar.
- Build custom CRM workflows, pipelines, lifecycle management, and business processes.
- Design and develop REST API and webhook integrations.
- Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Develop backend scripts, integrations, and automation using Python, JavaScript, and/or SQL.
- Connect CRM with third-party applications, communication platforms, scheduling systems, payment systems, and other business tools.
- Build automated data pipelines and ensure accurate data synchronization.
- Develop dashboards and reporting systems around revenue, conversion, retention, churn, attribution, and customer engagement.




- Identify repetitive business processes and convert them into automated workflows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot APIs, integrations, and automation workflows.
- Handle multiple automation and software projects simultaneously.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in software development, CRM development, systems engineering, or automation engineering.
- Hands-on experience configuring/building a CRM system such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Bitrix24, or similar.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and webhooks with real-world integration experience.
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent automation tools.
- Strong programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Experience with databases and data integration.
- Experience creating dashboards/reporting tied to actual business metrics.
- Ability to independently manage multiple workflows and projects.
- Solid ownership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
