Senior Software Engineer Conversational AI Platform

Location: Coimbatore, India • Type: Full-time • Experience: 6+ years

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale our Conversational AI platform across Voice, Chat, SMS, and Email.

Required Skills

- 6+ years software development, with 4+ years in Node.js & TypeScript.
- Strong REST API, WebSocket, PostgreSQL, and Redis experience.
- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic), tool/function calling, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, secrets, input validation, and PII protection.
- Solid unit/integration testing skills and experience with pnpm/TypeScript monorepos.
- Ability to design, implement, and own features end to end.

Nice to Have

- Voice/Telephony: Twilio, SIP/Drachtio, STT/TTS, Media Streams.
- AI: MCP, RAG, embeddings, pgvector, AI agents.
- Frontend: React + TypeScript.
- Cloud: AWS, Docker, CI/CD.
- Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, logging, metrics, and tracing.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS and distributed systems.
