Role Description The Software Engineer will work on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions that power operational workflows for small and medium-sized businesses. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing back-end services, writing clean and efficient code, collaborating with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications, and troubleshooting issues to ensure reliability and performance.

The role also involves participating in code reviews, contributing to architectural decisions,



and improving existing systems based on user feedback and product evolution. This is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, with close collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure products.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming using modern languages and frameworks.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side architectures.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their practical application.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD practices is beneficial.
- Ability to write maintainable, well-tested code and work collaboratively in an agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
