Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for Software Engineer positions (25+ openings) focused on building and enhancing Seceon’s AI-driven cybersecurity platform. Day-to-day work includes designing, implementing, and maintaining back-end services, APIs, and data processing pipelines that handle large-scale event streams.

Responsibilities involve writing clean, efficient, and testable code,



participating in code reviews, debugging and optimizing existing components, and collaborating with product and security teams to deliver new features.

Software

Engineers will contribute to improving performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform, as well as integrating new threat detection and response capabilities. Team members are expected to work closely with distributed colleagues, follow secure development practices, and continuously learn and adapt to evolving cybersecurity and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Computer Science concepts such as data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, including experience with at least one modern language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C++).
- Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and database integration.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization/orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, logging/monitoring, and large-scale data processing is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
