Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain production-ready software solutions for both web and desktop platforms. Build high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies such as React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related frameworks. Develop Windows desktop applications;

experience with macOS development is a plus. Take ownership of the complete software lifecycle — from development and testing to deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvements. Deploy and maintain applications in production, ensuring they remain stable, secure, reliable, and available for users. Monitor application performance, logs, errors, and system health, and troubleshoot production bugs, crashes, and performance issues. Ensure applications can handle growing users and traffic through proper scalability, performance optimization, caching, database/API optimization, and resource management. Plan and manage regular updates, bug fixes, feature releases, backups, and rollback/recovery processes where required. Guide and mentor junior developers on building production-ready applications and following proper development and deployment practices. Help the team take software products from development to production launch and long-term maintenance.





- Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–7 years of professional software development experience. Proven track record of delivering and maintaining at least one production-ready software product. Strong expertise in React and Next.js.

Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, databases, Git, deployment, debugging, and system architecture. Hands-on experience with production maintenance, monitoring, performance optimization, scalability, and traffic/load handling. Experience building Windows desktop applications; familiarity with macOS is a plus. Ability to explain development, deployment, maintenance, and product launch processes to the team. Good communication skills in Hindi and English.Preferred Attributes

- Proactive problem-solver with a strong focus on clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Solid sense of ownership — able to take responsibility for software before and after production launch. Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers. Practical understanding of maintaining a smooth and reliable user experience at scale.
