Role Overview :

We are looking for an Azure .NET Technical Lead with solid hands-on development skills and experience leading technical delivery. The role requires approximately 60% hands-on coding and solution development and 40% technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and team guidance.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working in Azure environments.

Strong experience with :

1.

Azure App

Service, including Web Apps and API Apps.

- Azure API Management.

3.

Azure Event

Hubs.

- Azure SQL and Cosmos DB.

5.

Application

Insights.

- Strong programming skills in C# and .NET Core.
- Ability to develop frameworks, reusable components, complex proofs of concept, and critical technical solutions.
- Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot and/or Claude for coding, code reviews, productivity improvement, and engineering acceleration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the technical delivery of one or more projects under development.
- Understand business and functional requirements and design detailed technical solutions.




- Dedicate approximately 60% of effort to hands-on coding and solution development, with the remaining 40% focused on technical leadership and team development.
- Design and implement automated unit testing frameworks as required.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, engineering best practices, and quality expectations.
- Conduct peer and lead-level code reviews and provide actionable feedback.
- Clarify requirements and technical uncertainties with the onsite team and customers.
- Mentor junior team members in collaboration with the Project Manager and Architect.
- Proactively identify delivery and quality risks and promptly escalate issues beyond the scope of influence to the reporting manager.
- Ensure timely delivery of agreed deliverables with consistent quality.
- Anticipate challenges and communicate risks, impacts, and resolution plans through clear written updates.
- Support the Project Manager during annual and mid-year performance appraisals.
- Use Microsoft Copilot and/or Claude to accelerate development, improve code quality, and support engineering best practices.
- Serve as a technical reference point and role model for the team.
