THE ROLE

You will plan, run and grow the social media presence for Hamd Holdings and all brands under it. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the founder.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build and manage the social media strategy for each group brand
- Plan monthly content calendars and schedule posts
- Write captions, hooks and scripts for posts, stories and reels
- Manage Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook accounts
- Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and other platforms
- Reply to comments and messages and pass leads to the team
- Track performance and share monthly reports with transparent insights




- Work with the graphic designer to produce content
- Follow trends and bring new content ideas
- Support the launch of new brands under the group

REQUIREMENTS

- 3–5 years of social media marketing experience
- Proven results growing accounts and generating leads
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Strong copywriting skills in English
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Meta Business Suite or similar)
- Able to work independently and manage multiple brands
- Portfolio or examples of accounts you have managed

NICE TO HAVE

- Arabic copywriting skills
- Experience with service-based businesses in the UAE
- Basic video shooting and editing skills
- Experience with AI content tools
