THE ROLE

You will plan, run and grow the social media presence for Hamd Holdings and all brands under it. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the founder.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and manage the social media strategy for each group brand

Plan monthly content calendars and schedule posts

Write captions, hooks and scripts for posts, stories and reels

Manage Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook accounts

Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and other platforms

Reply to comments and messages and pass leads to the team

Track performance and share monthly reports with clear insights

Work with the graphic designer to produce content





Follow trends and bring new content ideas

Support the launch of new brands under the group

REQUIREMENTS

3–5 years of social media marketing experience

Proven results growing accounts and generating leads

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

Solid copywriting skills in English

Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Meta Business Suite or similar)

Able to work independently and manage multiple brands

Portfolio or examples of accounts you have managed

NICE TO HAVE

Arabic copywriting skills

Experience with service-based businesses in the UAE

Basic video shooting and editing skills
