SeekhoBecho.com is an e-commerce enablement platform that helps sellers and entrepreneurs start and grow their online business on marketplaces and their own websites. We are a fast-growing team of marketers, editors, tech and sales professionals, and we are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to own our social media presence.

Role Overview

You will manage our official social media channels end to end, from content research and ideation to shoot, editing coordination, posting and growth. You will work closely with our editing team and performance marketing team to create content that drives reach, followers and leads.

Key Responsibilities

Content Research & Strategy

- Research trending topics, formats, hooks, audio and competitor content on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Build monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with business goals
- Write scripts, hooks, captions and CTAs for reels, shorts and posts
- Track viral formats and adapt them for our brand and audience

Shoot & Editing Coordination

- Plan and manage content shoots (reels, founder videos, entrepreneur stories, ad creatives, testimonial videos)
- Brief the shoot team and manage schedules, locations and props
- Sit with the editing team to guide edits, give clear feedback and make sure final videos match the brief
- Ensure timely delivery of final content and maintain quality standards
- Shoot and edit basic content yourself when required

Ads Content

- Plan and shoot content for paid ads (Meta and YouTube)
- Work with the performance marketing team to understand what is working and create ad creatives and scripts accordingly
- Test different hooks, formats and creatives,



and report the learnings

Social Media Handling & Growth

- Manage all official company social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and others)
- Post consistently and engage with the audience through comments, DMs and community building
- Increase reach, followers, engagement and profile visits month on month
- Analyse page insights and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Run collaborations, trends, challenges and campaigns to grow the page
- Manage comment-to-DM and lead generation flows with the marketing team
- Monitor brand mentions and handle reputation on social platforms

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream (Mass Communication, Marketing or Media preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram reels, YouTube shorts and current content trends
- Positive scriptwriting, copywriting and storytelling skills in Hindi and English
- Basic knowledge of video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar) and design tools (Canva or similar)
- Good knowledge of social media insights and analytics
- Ability to direct shoots and give clear feedback to editors
- Ownership mindset, creative thinking and ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Good to Have

- Experience in handling Meta ads creatives or ad scripts
- Experience in the e-commerce, edtech, D2C or startup space
- Experience in growing a page from low to high followers (share proof)
- Comfortable being on camera
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp or Instagram automation tools
