We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to manage social media accounts, plan daily content, ensure consistent posting, improve reach and engagement, analyze performance, follow trends, and develop strategies to grow the brand and generate leads..

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow all social media accounts.

- Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly content calendars.

- Plan and publish posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional content.

- Ensure consistent and timely daily posting.

- Improve reach, engagement, followers, views, and overall social media performance.

- Research trending content, hashtags, topics, and competitor activities.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and content creators.

- Manage comments, DMs, mentions, and social media enquiries.

- Plan social media campaigns for seminars, webinars, admissions, events, and promotions.

- Track social media analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

- Identify underperforming content and implement strategies to improve results.





- Generate new and creative content ideas to increase brand awareness and leads.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and content planning skills.

- Creative thinking and strong knowledge of social media trends.

- Knowledge of Reels, short-form videos, hashtags, and social media algorithms.

- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Valuable coordination, time management, and team-working skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Consistent daily posting.

- Growth in followers, reach, and engagement.

- Increase in views, shares, and saves.

- Social media enquiries and leads.

- Improvement in overall social media performance.

- Timely completion of the content calendar.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
