We are looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager who understands the Punjabi music industry and knows how to build engaging digital communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies for music artists, labels, songs, albums, and promotional campaigns.
- Create engaging content ideas, captions, posts, stories, reels, and campaign concepts.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, Instagram Reels trends, memes, viral content, and Punjabi music trends.
- Plan and maintain content calendars for multiple artists and campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, artists, influencers, and internal teams to execute campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports using relevant analytics.
- Track engagement, reach, followers, views, and overall campaign performance.
- Handle day-to-day community management,



including comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Assist in developing creative promotional strategies for new song releases, music videos, artist launches, and digital campaigns.
- Monitor competitors and identify new opportunities for audience growth.
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain the right tone and identity for each artist/client.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and social media trends.
- Excellent knowledge of Punjabi music, artists, pop culture, and digital entertainment trends.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Experience working with artists, influencers, music labels, or entertainment brands will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
