Role Description The Social Media Manager Intern will support the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns across multiple platforms for Gaongram’s products and brand initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and optimizing content to grow audiences and improve reach. The intern will assist in developing content strategies aligned with marketing goals, conduct basic research on trends and competitors,



and prepare performance reports using analytics tools.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow, requiring close collaboration with the marketing and product teams to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.

Qualifications

- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan and manage campaigns, increase reach, and improve engagement.
- Content Strategy and Writing skills to develop platform-specific content plans and craft clear, engaging posts and captions.
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with audiences, collaborate with internal teams, and present ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving social media trends.
- Relevant coursework or training in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred; prior internship or project experience in social media is an advantage.
