Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage and grow our social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and other social media content.
- Develop creative captions, hashtags, and campaign ideas.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Increase followers, engagement, reach, and overall brand visibility.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally.
- Track and analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, leads,



and campaign performance.
- Support paid social media campaigns.
- Ensure all content follows the company's brand guidelines and communication standards.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good content writing and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing practices.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
