Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage day-to-day social media operations, including content writing, scheduling, account optimization, content calendars, and basic reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging, grammatically correct captions and social media content.
- Create and manage content calendars and posting schedules.
- Publish and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile .
- Set up new social media accounts and optimize existing profiles, bios, links, and keywords.
- Adapt content according to each platform’s audience and format.
- Maintain posting records and content calendars using Excel/Google Sheets .
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for content ideas, research, editing, and productivity.
- Conduct basic trend and competitor research.
- Coordinate with designers to ensure content is ready on time.




- Proofread and check posts for grammar, links, hashtags, formatting, and brand guidelines.
- Follow SOPs, deadlines, and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Solid English writing and grammar.
- Good understanding of major social media platforms.
- Experience with social media scheduling/publishing tools.
- Basic Canva skills.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Good understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT .
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
