About Momentum Creatives

Momentum Creatives is a reel production and creative content company focused on helping businesses create professional and engaging video content for their brands.

We are looking for a Social Media Executive who is creative, trend-aware, and passionate about social media, reels, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
- Develop creative ideas for reels, short-form videos, posts, and campaigns.
- Research trending reels, audio, formats, hooks, hashtags, and content styles.
- Create and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and social media copy.
- Coordinate with video editors, content creators, and the production team.
- Assist in planning and executing video content for different brands and projects.
- Monitor social media performance, reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Prepare basic social media performance reports.




- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and new content formats.
- Engage with comments, messages, and audiences when required.
- Use AI and other creative tools for content research and ideation.

Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience in social media, content creation, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and Reels.
- Good understanding of current social media trends and short-form content.
- Good communication and basic copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Interest in video content, reels, and creative production.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership of tasks.
- Candidates with personal social media pages, college projects, or content portfolios are encouraged to apply.

What We’re Looking For Someone who is creative, energetic, trend-aware, and hands-on, with a genuine interest in social media and short-form video content.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
