We are looking for a sincere, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Associate who can support our LinkedIn-focused content and social media activities.

This role is mainly suitable for freshers or early-career candidates. However, a minimum of 1 year of experience in social media, content writing, LinkedIn content, digital marketing, or a similar field will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong English writing skills, a working understanding of LinkedIn, and the ability to use AI tools effectively for content ideation, drafting, proofreading, research, and content improvement.

This role requires someone who can think smartly, write clearly, follow instructions carefully, and help maintain a professional and consistent online presence.

Key Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 80% in Class 10.
- Minimum 80% in Class 12.
- Minimum 60% in Graduation.
- Education from an English-medium school is mandatory.
- Freshers may apply; however, minimum 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Candidate must have a working LinkedIn profile of their own.
- Strong written English with good grammar, sentence structure, clarity, and flow.
- Good spoken English for internal communication and coordination.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn content, professional branding, social media posting, and audience engagement.
- Practical knowledge of using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms for content ideas, drafting, editing, proofreading, summarizing, and improving content.
- Ability to use AI intelligently while reviewing, refining, and correcting the output instead of blindly copying it.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities The selected candidate may be expected to:

- Assist in creating LinkedIn-focused content for professional branding and company visibility.
- Draft, edit, proofread, and organize social media content in explicit and skilled English.
- Support content planning, post ideas, captions, hooks, and basic content structuring.
- Use AI tools for content ideation, drafting, proofreading, research, and refinement.
- Review AI-generated content carefully and improve it for tone, grammar, clarity, relevance, and originality.
- Help maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and content quality.
- Research industry trends, professional topics, and content ideas relevant to the company’s audience.
- Support LinkedIn profile and page activities, including content preparation and basic engagement tracking.
- Coordinate internally for content inputs, approvals, and posting requirements.
- Organize content drafts, calendars, references, and social media material properly.
- Support other content and documentation-related tasks as required.

Work Schedule
