We’re hiring: Social Media & Creative Strategist | Garage Collective | Noida

We’re looking for someone who combines strong creative thinking with practical experience in managing social media accounts. You should be able to shape a brand’s social media strategy, develop content ideas and manage execution from planning to publishing.

What you’ll do

- Develop social media strategies aligned with each brand’s goals and audience.
- Create campaign concepts, content calendars, creative briefs, captions and reel scripts.
- Work with designers and video teams to bring ideas to life.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling, publishing and community engagement.
- Coordinate with clients on briefs, feedback, approvals and timelines.
- Track performance and use insights to improve content.

What we’re looking for

- Prior experience in social media strategy and account management, 3-4 years, preferably in a creative or digital agency (must have experience in B2B space)
- Robust creative thinking, writing and presentation skills.
- An understanding of platform trends, content formats and social media analytics.
- The ability to manage multiple brands and take ownership of delivery.
