: Social Media Associate

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Associate to manage and grow our presence across social platforms. You will plan and publish content, engage with our community, and track performance to help build brand awareness and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, schedule and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and YouTube
- Assist in developing and executing the monthly content calendar
- Write clear, on-brand captions, copy and hashtags
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce creatives, reels and short-form videos
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions in a timely, professional manner
- Track trends, competitors and viral formats, and suggest fresh content ideas
- Analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and prepare weekly or monthly reports
- Support paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations when required
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and tone of voice

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business or a related field




- 2–3 years of experience in social media management (internships count)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus
- Positive understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite or similar
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics
- Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines

Good to Have:

- Basic photo or video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop).
- Experience with SEO or content writing.
- Understanding of paid advertising on Meta or LinkedIn.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Jhalana Doongri, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
