Job Overview

MKR TechSoft Private Limited is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive to manage and grow the company's and clients' social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing audience engagement, improving brand awareness, and supporting digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and schedule regular social media posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Create engaging captions, hashtags, and content ideas.
- Develop social media strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to prepare creative content.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Analyze social media insights and prepare performance reports.
- Research competitors, trending topics, and relevant hashtags.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates,



and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva or other basic creative tools is an advantage.
- Positive written communication and content-planning skills.
- Creativity, time management, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work on multiple client projects.

For Freshers: Candidates with basic social media knowledge, creativity, and a willingness to learn are welcome.

For Experienced Candidates: Practical experience in managing social media accounts and improving engagement is preferred.
