Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and grow business in the assigned territory.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase auto loan disbursements, cross-sell vehicle finance products, and improve customer satisfaction.

- Build solid relationships with dealerships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions for their financing requirements.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of the competition.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-6 years of experience in NBFC or banking industry with expertise in auto loans or similar roles.

- Strong understanding of smart branch operations, team handling, and vehicle finance concepts.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship management and negotiation skills.
