Site Supervisor

Location: Civil Aerodrome Post, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 2–3 years

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and manage the workforce effectively.
- Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and other site personnel.
- Maintain site documentation, daily progress reports, material records, and related paperwork.
- Monitor safety procedures and ensure a clean, protected, and organized working environment.
- Monitor material usage and raise material requirements in a timely manner.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
- Inspect the quality of work and ensure compliance with company and project standards.




- Allocate tasks to workers and monitor their productivity and progress.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in site supervision or a related construction role.
- BE / Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and workforce-management skills.
- Ability to handle labour, site challenges, and day-to-day operational issues.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, is preferred.
- Coimbatore-based candidates will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
