We are looking for a hands-on and disciplined Site Supervisor to join our team in Delhi. You will be the primary point of contact on-site, responsible for ensuring that civil and interior works are executed precisely as per the drawings. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing local labor and a deep understanding of finishing quality for high-end projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Site Operations: Supervise day-to-day construction activities, including masonry, tiling, POP, and structural civil works.
- Labor Management: Direct and manage on-site labor and subcontractors to ensure daily targets are met.
- Quality & Precision: Ensure all work adheres to the architectural drawings (AutoCAD) and quality standards, with zero compromise on finishing.
- Material Coordination: Track material requirements, place orders with vendors, and manage on-site inventory to prevent wastage or theft.
- Reporting: Maintain a Daily Progress Report (DPR) and communicate site updates to the Project Manager/Architect.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Enforce site safety protocols and ensure the site remains organized and qualified.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
