Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities and ensuring projects are executed according to design, quality, safety, and timeline requirements. The role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, supervising site teams, and monitoring workmanship and material usage.

The Site

Supervisor will check drawings and specifications, track progress against project schedules, maintain site documentation and daily reports,



and support resolution of technical or coordination issues on site. This position also includes enforcing safety standards, conducting regular site inspections, supporting quantity verification and basic measurements, and reporting status updates and risks to project managers and senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong site supervision and construction management skills, including coordination of labor, contractors, and vendors.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and ensure accurate execution on site.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, finishing standards, and quality control practices for high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Familiarity with basic project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking using spreadsheets or project management tools.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices, local building codes, and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and clients when needed.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks on site.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; prior experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in varying conditions and flexibility to travel to nearby project locations if required.
