Role Description The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and workers, monitoring material usage and availability, and maintaining site documentation such as daily progress reports and checklists. The role requires regular quality inspections, verification of measurements, and support in resolving on-site issues in coordination with project engineers and management.

The Site

Supervisor will also ensure compliance with health,



safety, and environmental standards, and support timely completion of project milestones. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jabalpur.

Qualifications

- Strong site supervision capabilities, including coordinating labor, tracking daily activities, and enforcing safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
- Experience with basic project documentation, such as daily logs, material records, and progress reports.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with project teams, contractors, and clients.
- Problem-solving abilities to address in office challenges and implement practical solutions.
- Basic computer literacy for using email, spreadsheets, and project-related software.
- Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering or construction management, or equivalent practical experience in site supervision.
- Prior experience in infrastructure or building projects in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
