Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site execution of bathroom interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors, designers, and customers to ensure projects are completed on time, as per quality standards and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution and ensure work is completed as per the approved design and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, tilers, and other site teams.
- Ensure proper execution of bathroom interiors, including civil, plumbing, electrical, tiling, sanitary fittings, and installation works.
- Monitor project timelines, site progress, manpower, and material availability.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and workmanship standards are maintained.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the project/design team for timely solutions.
- Ensure materials are received, stored, and utilized properly at the site.




- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to provide regular updates on project progress.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company processes at the site.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, measurements, and other required documentation.
- Ensure project completion and handover within the committed timeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, interior execution, construction, or residential projects.
- Experience in bathroom interiors, modular interiors, residential interiors, or turnkey projects will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of civil, plumbing, electrical, tiling, waterproofing, and installation works.
- Strong knowledge of site execution and quality control.
- Good vendor and contractor management skills.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and site layouts.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites/tasks and meet project timelines.
