About the Company

Modis Navnirman Limited is a real estate and redevelopment company involved in residential projects across Mumbai. We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to support the smooth execution of construction activities at project sites.

Job Summary The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, coordinating with contractors and workers, ensuring proper execution as per approved drawings and instructions, maintaining quality standards, and monitoring work progress at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction and site activities.
- Monitor the work of contractors, subcontractors, and labourers.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants, Contractors, and Vendors.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical, and other civil/finishing works.
- Check the quality of workmanship and materials used at site.
- Ensure proper sequence and timely execution of construction activities.
- Take site measurements and maintain basic site records.
- Monitor manpower deployment and productivity at the site.
- Coordinate with contractors for material and manpower requirements.
- Identify site issues and immediately report them to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the site.




- Monitor daily work progress and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Coordinate with various agencies and contractors to avoid delays or conflicts in execution.
- Assist in checking contractor bills and work measurements.
- Ensure that work is carried out according to project specifications and company standards.
- Support the Project Manager/Site Engineer in achieving project timelines and quality objectives.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of residential construction activities.
- Understanding of construction drawings and basic site measurements.
- Knowledge of RCC and finishing works.
- Good supervision and manpower management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors and workers.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site documentation will be an advantage.

Qualification Diploma / Graduate in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.

Experience

2–7 years of experience in residential, commercial construction/redevelopment projects preferred.

Candidates with relevant site supervision experience may also be considered based on their skills and knowledge.
