Job Title: Site Execution Head / Manager – Civil & Structural (AI Data Centers)

Position Overview

We are looking for a field-tested Site Execution Manager / Head – Civil to directly oversee on-site civil works, structural concrete, and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) fast-track construction for our AI data center projects.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, heavy foundation pours, dynamic load-bearing floor slabs, structural steel superstructures, and external site infrastructure to ensure the physical core & shell is ready to house ultra-dense 100 kW to 150 kW+ rack environments and heavy liquid cooling infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Core & Shell Foundation & Structural Execution

Foundation & Raft Slabs: Drive site execution for heavy pile caps, raft foundations, grade beams, and high-strength concrete pours engineered for heavy structural loads (liquid cooling plants, transformers, and GPU racks).

PEB & Structural Steel Erection: Direct the fast-track assembly and field erection of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), heavy structural steel columns, composite decking, and crane operations.

Elevated Floor Slabs & Loading: Ensure strict execution tolerances and load-bearing capacities for data hall floor slabs designed to carry fluid-filled piping networks and dense server racks.

- Civil Site Works & Infrastructure

External Civil Utilities: Supervise site grading, mass earthworks, concrete transformer yards, chiller pad foundations, water storage tanks, and underground pipe/duct bank trenches.

Building Envelope & Finishing:



Oversee the installation of Insulated Metal Panels (IMP), roofing systems, fire-rated perimeter walls, acoustic enclosures, and waterproofing systems.

MEP/Liquid Cooling Handoff: Ensure precise placement of civil penetrations, sleeve openings, and equipment pads required for primary/secondary liquid cooling loop interfaces.

- On-Site Supervision, QA/QC & Safety

Subcontractor Management: Manage daily field operations of civil subcontractors, PEB erection teams, rebar/formwork crews, and concrete suppliers.

Quality Assurance & Standards: Enforce rigorous QA/QC protocols for slump tests, cube strength testing, structural alignment, soil compaction, and levelness (FF/FL numbers) of data hall floors.

Site EHS Compliance: Drive strict zero-harm safety enforcement (OSHA/local labor safety codes) for working at heights, heavy lifting, excavation, and concrete pouring.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 10–14+ years of direct site construction management, with 3–5+ years focused on data centers, industrial plants, or mega-scale PEB developments.

Civil Specialization: Expert field knowledge of PEB structural erection, reinforced concrete (RCC), heavy equipment foundations, and fast-track civil techniques.

Data Center Context: Familiarity with floor loading requirements, equipment pad execution, and civil prerequisites for high-density 100–150 kW rack deployments.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Skilled Engineer or certified site manager preferred).

Key Skills: Concrete QA/QC, PEB assembly oversight, AutoCAD drawing reading, total station/survey verification, site EHS management, and GC vendor driving.
