Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and site teams.
- Monitor construction quality, materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Check measurements, quantities, and material requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Monitor civil, finishing, and related construction works.
- Ensure project timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements are met.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure proper utilization.

Requirements:





- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in construction/site execution.
- Good knowledge of civil construction and finishing works.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at construction/project sites.
