on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, requiring consistent presence at project locations and close collaboration with the project management team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and experience managing daily construction or interior fit-out activities.
- Candidates should possess transparent and professional communication skills for coordinating with design teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Candidates should possess quality control skills, including the ability to inspect work, enforce standards, and ensure adherence to specifications and safety norms.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering or civil engineering knowledge to interpret drawings, understand load-bearing elements, and address technical issues.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; prior experience in interior or construction projects is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, bills of quantities, and site reports.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on site.
- Familiarity with construction materials, interior finishes, and basic site safety regulations in the Greater Delhi Area or similar urban environments.
