SITE ENGINEER –

JOB PURPOSE To supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise daily construction and site execution activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Check measurements, materials, workmanship, and quality of work.
- Review drawings and coordinate with consultants for technical clarifications.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Monitor material requirements, usage, and wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
- Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support quantity measurements, estimation, and billing verification.




- Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.
- Maintain proper records of work, materials, inspections, and approvals.

QUALIFICATION
- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Relevant experience in residential / commercial construction preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of MS Office and relevant construction software.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Project progress and timely completion.
- Quality and accuracy of site execution.
- Material control and reduction of wastage.
- Compliance with safety standards.
- Accuracy of measurements and documentation.
- Effective coordination with project stakeholders.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
